Bridging clinical wellness and spiritual truth.

“Your worship is more than an event. It is the posture in which you connect with God using the fruit of the spirit.”

The Heart of the Work

I did not write this book because I had it all figured out.

I wrote it because I did not. I have sat across from couples who loved each other deeply and still could not stop hurting one another. I have walked with women who were faithful, prayerful, and completely exhausted from trying to hold relationships together with willpower and good intentions.

And, if I am honest, I have been her too — a counselor who knew the clinical language for what was happening, and still had to learn, in my own life, what it actually meant to bear fruit in the places that cost the most.

"Your worship is more than an event. It is the posture in which you connect with God using the fruit of the Spirit."
